CEO / FOUNDER
ADESINA OSINOIKI , the visionary CEO and founder of Hemosh Energies Ltd Hemosh, brings over 15 years of invaluable experience in Exploration and Production (E&P) and logistics to the forefront of the industry. With a focus on strategic planning and financial governance, Adesina has established himself as a trusted leader known for his expertise in partnership development, risk management, and business strategy. A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State, with a B.Sc. in Accounting, Adesina is also a Chartered Accountant. His academic background, combined with his extensive industry experience, uniquely positions him to provide sound financial advice that companies universally follow, driving significant cost savings for investors, particularly in challenging market environments.
Adesina’s professional journey spans both the Middle East and West Africa, where he has successfully overseen cost controls for multi-million-dollar newbuild projects and company startups. His strategic acumen and adept management of developmental initiatives have been instrumental in fostering strong client and supplier relationships, further enhancing Hemosh reputation.

Steven Taylor brings a wealth of global management experience to his role as Executive Director, marked by a distinguished career characterized by numerous promotions and advancements within the world’s largest offshore drilling contractors. With a proven track record of leadership and success, Steven has consistently led multi-million-dollar quality improvements and fostered cooperation among vendors, clients, and employees to drive profits and enhance cost controls.
Steven possesses in-depth knowledge across all facets of Supply Chain and Logistics, Customer Service, Client and Vendor Management. His exceptional leadership talents have been widely recognized, as he has inspired sizable global teams and cultivated a culture of productivity and excellence. From entry-level to management positions, Steven has successfully mentored employees from diverse cultural backgrounds, achieving outstanding results even in the most challenging circumstances.
Steven’s extensive professional history includes significant tenure in West Africa, with 12 years in Nigeria, 4 years in Angola, and 5 years in Ghana. He has played a pivotal role in managing global development initiatives for drilling contractors in various West African countries, contributing to the region’s growth and development within the industry.

Dr. Linus A. O Akpanim
DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SERVICES
Linus A.O.Akapnim is an ardent result-driven Technical, Engineering, and Project Management Professional. Over 25yeears of International and Local experiences in Oil and Gas industry – offshore & onshore with demonstrable experiences in Joint Ventures Management, Project Organization and Administrative Reviews, Production Operability, Maintenance & Reliability Systems, and Assets’ Equipment Integrity.
He holds a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership and Strategy, University of Phoenix, Arizona, USA; Masters’ Degrees (MSc & MBA) in Project Management (Engineering) and Business management respectively with a BSc in Physics – Pure & Applied. A Fellow and Member of many professional bodies including Chartered Professional Project Manager (CPPM). Linus started his career with ExxonMobil (Mobil Production Nigeria). Involved in variety of Projects such as OSO/NGL/Condensate; East Area LNG and Additional Oil Recovery in Nigeria and Ulsan, South Korea; Commissioning Lead, Persian Gulf Project, Das Island; Technical & Procedural Head, Qatar Gas Phases 111 & IV hydrocarbon projects; Development Specialist, Orion Group Qatari South Pars Projects; Project Consultant, Hastek International, ADNOC Group, Das Island;
Currently working as Project Developer and Lead, Technical Sub-Committee on Ibom LNG Plant for Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria; Head, Executive Management Committee, and Lead Manager, Project implementation, Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporations (NNPC)/Mobil Producing Nigeria Joint venture with EMOIMEE Host Community Development Trust (HCDT).I
Ajeet Singh
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
With over 33 years of diverse and hands-on experience in the shipping and oil & gas industries, Ajeet Singh Nagee brings a wealth of operational, technical, and commercial expertise to every project. Ajeet Singh began his career in 1991, sailing at sea for two years before moving into shore-based roles. His early work included port operations, vessel chartering, freight booking (sea and air), and dry-docking supervision of vessels and jack-up rigs. He has successfully handled repair operations and shipyard coordination, including procurement and supply chain support for maintenance projects. In the oil & gas sector, Ajeet served onboard offshore rigs as a storekeeper, overseeing inventory control and material management. He later transitioned to onshore roles, managing base operations for offshore drilling campaigns for major operators like ChevronTexaco and Petronas in Bahrain. Over the years, he has held key positions including Procurement Manager and Business Development/Contracts Manager, overseeing capital equipment procurement for newbuild rigs in China, budgeting and cost analysis for rig modifications, and coordinating class, flag, and regulatory compliance matters. Since 2015, Ajeet has operated independently, offering end-to-end services in:

- Supply of drilling rigs (land and offshore)
- Tug and barge combinations
- Freight booking and logistics

Hon David Ronnie Mutebi
DIRECTOR OF COMMERCE EAST AFRICA REGION
Hon David Ronnie Mutebi is an accomplished business team leader with over 25 years of local and international market exposure and proven success in developing market growth strategies. He combines private sector result driven business orientation that he leverages from diverse corporate experiences and grasp of public policy direction underpinned on Uganda Government effort towards economic growth in general and rapid industrialization in particular. This is based on his successful trail in the competitive private business sector environment and effective service as member of Parliament, a Public Board Director and a member of the Presidential Advisory Committee on the National Budget. He leverages the power of such a wide range of experiences to collaborate effectively and engage with people of all walks of life regardless of circumstances. He is a self-motivated and dedicated team player with diplomatic tact, attributes he leverages to deliver meaningful and insightful leadership. He possesses enviable interpersonal skills, passion and ability to identify and turn opportunities into competitive advantage to achieve transformational results.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Education; Economics and History from Makerere University Kampala and post University training in Sales, Marketing, Human Resource Management and Corporate Governance. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Oil, Gas and Energy Management at the University of East London.
While he served as a legislator in the Parliament of Uganda between 2016 and 2021, he actively participated in key legislation, representation, crucial oversight and provided an insight in the budgeting process focusing on key sectoral programs that have had a direct bearing on Uganda’s social economic transformation trajectory, as part of the quest to attain the Sustainable Development Goals. He provided leadership for the Parliamentary Committee of Science, Technology and Innovation as well as serving on the Parliamentary Committee responsible for oversight over the Natural Resources Sector of Uganda. As a member of the Presidential Advisory Committee on the National Budget and a Board Director of the Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority, he has provided impactful insights on the basis of which a transformational national development agenda is pursued.

Mohamad Azriani Abd Aziz is a distinguished leader serving as the Head of Business Strategy for the Asia region, based in Kuala Lumpur. With a remarkable track record of achievement, he is known for his ability to deliver immediate results and drive value creation within the organization.
Vijay Nair
DIRECTOR OF PROCUREMENT
Vijay Nair is a highly experienced professional with over 35 years of continuous service in the offshore and marine industries, primarily within the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in procurement, operations management, logistics, and document control, supporting both onshore and offshore drilling rig projects across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His strengths include team leadership, communication, commercial awareness, and negotiation, all of which have been honed through long-term collaborations with major international organizations.
Currently associated with Rigtools International since 2010, Vijay is responsible for sourcing and supplying materials for land rigs and mobile offshore drilling units (MODUs), managing logistics, supervising staff, and improving internal processes. Before this, he worked with Frigstad Offshore / SeaWolf Oilfield Services as Operations Administrator, overseeing logistics, documentation, and crew coordination for newbuild jack-up rigs.
From 1995 to 2007, Vijay held the position of Engineering Office Coordinator at Lamprell Energy Ltd., where he managed technical documentation and project administration for over 60 major rig refurbishment and fabrication projects. He worked closely with clients such as Noble Drilling, Nabors, Japan Drilling, Saipem, Transocean, and others, ensuring timely coordination between engineering and yard teams, managing class submissions, and supporting recruitment and travel logistics.
Earlier roles include serving as Technical Administrator for International Bechtel Inc. on the Umm Shaif Gas Development Project, and as Contracts Admin Assistant for Bechtel/Technip J.V. in Qatar. He also worked offshore with Qatar Petroleum as a Dispatcher on the North Field Alpha Platform, handling personnel logistics, reporting, and administrative duties.
Vijay holds a Higher Secondary Certificate from the Maharashtra State Board and completed technical studies at the Hindustan Institute of Engineering Technology in Madras. He is proficient in MS Office, MS Project, SAP ERP, AutoCAD basics, and various document management systems including Docmax and eDOCS. His longstanding dedication, technical knowledge, and operational acumen continue to make him a valuable contributor to complex offshore and marine engineering projects.
Shamsideen Olugbenga Bamiro
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Shamsideen Olugbenga Bamiro studied Business Management (specializing in General Management- Upper Credit) and Accounting from Ogun State University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University graduating with 2nd Class Upper. He later proceeded to the United Kingdom where he obtained his Masters degree in Management and Investment Strategy from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. He is a seasoned Banker who started his Banking career in Zenith Bank Plc in 2004 in the Marketing Division as one of the pioneer staff of the Ikeja GRA branch. He distinguished himself amongst the marketing force team that championed the profitability of the branch and group resulting to him receiving the Management’s commendation at three different occasions in the following year. His banking career spans across Marketing, Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, Commercial Banking and Strategic Partnerships. He has worked in various financial institutions including Zenith Bank, Oceanic Bank (now Ecobank), First Bank and Sterling Bank. During his sojourn In First Bank, he started as a relationship Manager in the Emerging Corporates Division, cum Commercial Banking, where he led the biggest Commercial Banking Team in Lagos (Marina) with a balance sheet of over N15Bn. He later progressed as the Head of Strategic Partnership of First Bank, from where he was head hunted by Sterling Bank in Year 2022 as the Head of Partnerships, Growth Directorate. Within his two years in Sterling Bank, he has overseen Partnerships, Ecosystems and presently he is the Head of Digital Corporate Sales. Olugbenga is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management (Chartered), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). He enjoys reading motivational books, engaging in positive thoughts provoking conversations, networking, socializing, and travelling.
